One genuine seller decision. One classification.
Your allowance is used only when Pulsero successfully classifies a genuine seller enquiry. Tenant, buyer and spam enquiries are filtered out. Duplicates, failed classifications, retries and enquiries sent for review without a classification do not use your allowance.
If materially new seller information arrives later and Pulsero produces a new decision, that counts as a new classification.
Foundation gives you 25 classifications to use whenever you choose. There is no expiry date. Paid plans refresh your classification allowance each billing cycle, with no overage charges. If you reach your allowance, new genuine seller enquiries stay safely in Awaiting classification until your next refresh or an upgrade.
